CADDINGTON RETIREMENT VILLAGE

The Caddington Retirement Village Project was a mixture of traditional build structure and a three-storey steelwork frame.

Shipley Structures were contracted to carry out the connection design, manufacture and installation of approximately 650 tonnes of structural steelwork, the landing of metal decking at first and second floor, and the installation of pre-cast concrete stairs.
